iNODE™ version 1.9.7 has just been publicly released after extensive testing. This release includes many new and exciting features and enhancements, along with a variety of bug fixes.

The most noticeable new features and enhancements are the following:

• Major rewrite of Admin and User Portal UI

A new phantastic responsive Admin and User Portals UI has been included in this release. New Admin UI includes a new toolbar with quick access buttons as well as a customizable alert and notification tool for system events that has been occured recently.

• Cloud Storage Support

All well known cloud storage services (Amazon S3, Azure Blob, GDrive, MS OneDrive, Dropbox, WebDAV, SSH/SFTP) are supported to be used by several system services as a remote system storage. Cloud storage content can be protected by encryption at rest.

• Cloud Storage Content Sharing

Cloud storage content can be shared by iNODE™ file sharing services (File Server and Collaboration Suite).

• Cloud Storage as a system's backup target

Any supported cloud storage can be used by the system as a backup destination. Cloud storage can be used as a primary and secondary backup destination for system's backup tasks (System backup, File backup, Mail Backup, Fax Backup).

• Copy, Migrate and Sync Cloud files

Support for scheduled tasks for file copy, move and sync between cloud storages or between local storage and Cloud Storage.

• Security enhancements

Several new features have been added to enhance security on the system by updating software with security patches.

All customers with active support contracts are kindly requested to upgrade their installation to 1.9.7 release.
